HML Property Management operate across the whole of the UK, with 20 offices dedicated to the provision of our property management service. Each office comprises of professional property management experts, who have significant knowledge of the local area and access to the best local suppliers and contractors.
We act on behalf of our clients and take action to ensure that the communal areas of their developments and properties are well-maintained. We give our clients advice and counsel, and we follow their instructions. HML will make sure that the obligations our customers have under the lease and/or transfer contracts for their properties can be met. As part of our responsibility, we arrange for services such as gardening, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
