Paying Your Bill

You will receive your service charge/ ground rent/ amenity charge demands in accordance with the terms of your lease. There are a number of ways for paying your bill.

Bank transfer

You can pay your bill through a bank transfer from your bank account, over the phone or online. We do not charge for this facility, but you should check with your bank or building society regarding any charges that might apply. You will need to quote our bank account number and sort code shown at the bottom of your demand. Please quote your reference number (found at the top of the demand) when making a payment.


Make your cheque payable to HML PM Ltd and write your reference number on the back. Send the cheque to:

Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques.

Payment Plans

If your lease allows for it, you may wish to pay this and future bills by Direct Debit. Please contact us and we will arrange for a Direct Debit mandate to be sent to you. The total payment due will be taken over a maximum of 10 months and must clear all outstanding amounts.  [The first payment made by Direct Debit will include an administration charge.] Please note your Direct Debit payment will be processed by Eazy Collect Services.

Late Payment Charges

Please pay your bill promptly as failure to do so could lead to a late payment charge and/or interest being added to your balance in accordance with your lease.
