We want our customers to receive their demands and other routine correspondence in a way that suits their needs and requirements. The decision is yours.

With this in mind, and in keeping with our corporate social responsibility policy, our communication preference form allows you to choose whether to receive the following items by post or by email (e-billing).

  • Applications for payment
  • Reminders
  • Property & Service Charge circulars
  • General information

Customers who sign up for e-billing will receive their correspondence by email as PDF attachments. Your details will be stored in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be used outside of the HML group. It is important to keep us advised of any changes to your correspondence and email addresses to ensure safe delivery of these items.
